Terms of Service

Golden State Brackets (“GSB”) is a bracket challenge platform. By using GSB, you agree to these terms.

01 Your account

You sign in via Google OAuth. You're responsible for keeping your Google account secure.

You must be at least 13 years old to use GSB.

One account per person. Don't create multiple accounts to game leaderboards.

We may suspend accounts that violate these terms or disrupt others' experience.

02 Acceptable use

You can create brackets, join groups, view leaderboards, share your picks, and invite others.

You cannot use GSB for gambling or wagering of any kind, scrape or automate interactions, access other users' accounts, harass others, or interfere with the service.

03 No gambling

GSB is not a gambling platform. There is no wagering, no betting, and no real-money stakes tied to predictions. Leaderboard rankings are for entertainment and bragging rights only. Some features may require a paid subscription in the future — we'll notify you before any changes.

04 Your content

Your predictions, group names, and display name are visible to other users. By using GSB, you grant us permission to display this content as part of the service.

05 Availability

We do our best to keep GSB running and tournament data accurate, but we can't guarantee 100% uptime or perfect data. The service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind.

06Changes & contact

We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be reflected in the date above. Continued use of GSB constitutes acceptance. These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California.
